Clear and simple guidance to help older people find their way through the care maze
There are a range of benefits available for carers and for those they care for. Age UK, Independent Age and Firststop should be able to advise you. Alternatively the GOV.UK website (DWP, DSS) has a section dedicated to relevant benefits.
The BBC has a care calculator you may find useful. It is on an external link and we suggest you just use it as an informative tool.
